The dawn of 2008 begins with a new administration for CFRW. Our Federated ladies are revving up their motors to begin the work required to begin the transformation. Your CFRW Officers and Board of Directors are working as a TEAM to further the Federation’s efforts to shine as a Beacon for the Goals of the 2008-09 California Federation of Republican Women.

We have transformations coming in February with California’s Presidential Primary. In June the Primary Election will select the party nominees for California’s Assembly and Senate as well as propositions. November is crunch time when we work hard to get all of our Republican Nominees elected at the ballot box.

Since CFRW considers itself the Educational Arm of the party by informing and instructing our members on political issues, many of our Federated ladies staff headquarters, make phone calls and walk precincts at election time. We spread our message explaining the need to vote on Election Day. Our hundreds of points of light reach throughout California as our members are continuously asked for their opinion on how to vote.

CFRW makes our voice reach beyond our membership by being well informed on issues. Thank you to our Advocate Michelle Connor and those dedicated CFRW Legislative Analysts who work hard and take the time to analyze and inform our members of the many bills coming before our State Legislature.
