Michelle’s political passion has been fueled by many years of grass roots political involvement. Politics has been a part of her life from her late teens. She interned at Congressman George Miller’s (D) district office in Richmond, California, where she realized that she was working for the wrong party. After switching to the Republican Party, she interned at Congressman Doug Ose’s (R) district office in Sacramento. She was the Campaign Manager for John Gould’s run for Eighth Assembly seat. She became the Deputy Field Director for Solano and Napa Counties in the Victory 06 Campaign. In her spare time she served as the volunteer office manager for the Solano Republican Party for 2008 political season.

Michelle is a member of Solano Republican Women Federated, an active member of the Solano Republican Party and is an associate member of the California Republican Party.

Her interests are financial affairs and the economy and fashion. She enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction. Michelle and her husband Patrick reside in Vacaville.
