Our New Advocate
The California Federation of Republican Women is pleased to announce the hiring of Michelle P. Connor as Legislative Advocate. Michelle was bitten by the Republican political bug in 1999 when she served as an intern in Congressman George Miller's (D) office and realized she was registered in the wrong party. She has also interned for Congressman Doug Ose and was the Deputy Field Director for Solano and Napa Counties in the Victory 06 Campaign.
Michelle joined us the first of the September and is learning the ins and outs of the Sacramento Legislative Advocacy Office. Over the next few weeks, we will accomplish getting her registered as a lobbyist and putting her political passion to good use. In addition to her duties in Sacramento, she will be completing her degree in Political Science as an evening student. Michelle and her husband Patrick reside in Vacaville playing staff to their two cats, Giovanni Jack and Bella Luna. Please welcome her by email to advocate@cfrw.org, or by calling the CFRW Advocacy Office in Sacramento at 916.442.4084.
