Your division, county or unit club can have a web site through CFRW. Taking advantage of sharing the CFRW database allows you to display calendar events for your region, relevant external links, a speaker's roster, a photo album and many, many more pages. (See full list here.)
Your web site can be updated by anyone with access to a web browser and an internet connection. A powerful content management interface allows the novice user to edit your pages without worrying about learning HTML or a new piece of software - but the web expert still has all the flexibility she wants to include her own HTML code too! No longer will your club have to rely on the expertise of a techno-savvy member to keep your web site up to date - maintenance of your site can pass from volunteer to volunteer with a minimum of training.

Choose from one of the pre-made templates shown below, or create your own. If you have a web designer in your club, they can create a custom look for your pages, and we'll turn it into a club template for just $200. (Web designers, write to webmanager@cfrw.org to find out what design rules need to be followed to make a template page that will work with our database.)

Want more pages specific to your club? For $10/page, we'll add even more pages that can be maintained through your administrative interface. Just let us know what the page is for, and what section it belongs in, and we'll take care of providing the blank page, and the navigation buttons to get to it.

But won't I lose control over my site by going with you? Not at all. You can still use your own domain name - and you'll still own it. By having a custom template, you can still use your own design. Experienced web designers can use HTML in their page content to have the pages display exactly how they wish. By being a part of the CFRW web site umbrella, you have the ability to draw events from the global CFRW event database, share links, speakers and photos and much more with other CFRW web sites.
I'm ready to sign up! Send email to webmanager@cfrw.org and include the name of your club, your county and division, the web address and payment option you prefer. Please include a contact name and phone number. If you need a design other than our pre-made template, mention that also. Someone will contact you to discuss which option is best for you. Payment is accepted by check only at the present time.
Why can't I just fill out a form and have it set up right now - I know what I want! We like to form a personal relationship with those with whom we're working - and we want to make sure that the options you choose are exactly right for your club. We'll also need to talk with you to explain how to access your administrative interface and set your access passwords.
